When we think about bullying, our mind immediately goes to the highschool playground and school room. We think about kids calling one another names and in this modern age, we'd think about cyber bullying on social media sites. Few peoples's minds would turn directly to bullying in the office, adults demonising other adults and often physical abuse at work. That's naturally, unless you've been the victim of office nuisance. It may start as name calling or picking on a specific side of somebody's appearance or character.

The more heavy acts of bullying that may happen in some place of work include public embarrassment in front of your comrades, hectoring mails and physical abuse.
